Several times I have had to contact Joe on weekends/evenings for emergencies. He will always do what he can to help even going in to open the store to make a delivery himself. When we call or email the store for pricing the service received is the same. In addition to the excellent service, the level of pricing that we receive from A&L is for the most part very comparable to other Suppliers.
